Pricing depends on the length of the piece you need edited. I charge per word or per page. This is a rough guide. Please note that I have a minimum fee of £40 per project.
PROOFREADING
From £5 per 1000 words - approximately 4 pages
The Basics - grammar, punctuation and spelling.
COPY-EDITING
From £10 per 1000 words - approximately 4 pages
More in-depth - includes proofreading, structure, wording, tone, flow etc.
URGENT WORK
Additional 30%
Please note that for urgent work (next day turnaround) and work that falls over a weekend, I charge an additional 30%.
